The notebook PC is probably the most popular form factor computer. With the affordability for even the basic kind starting at $250 for a Chromebook, it actually puts the personal in personal computer. The notebook will be divided into 3 size categories. The small ( <14″ ), medium ( 14″ – 15″ ), and large ( >15″ ). No matter the size category, all notebooks must be upgradeable, and must allow for an SDXC card slot. This will allow the service life of the notebook to be extended, and therefore reduce eWaste. In addition, all notebooks must support bluetooth 5, and Wifi 6 for networking. They are not required to have an RJ45 port, so they must use Wifi for networking.
