In the instance where one is using a desktop computer, or has their notebook in a closed docking station, the monitor can prove invaluable. All monitors must be a minimum of 20″. Also monitors must be an 16:9 or 8:5 aspect ratios. There must also be a minimum of 300ppi for pixels per inch. Monitors must also have a webcam that can be disabled through the flip of a switch. When the webcam is disabled, so are the mics. This is to provide assurance of privacy. All monitors must connect using a Display Port connection. Closed docking stations, and desktops will have the optional Display Port, but otherwise will require USB-C to Display port cable for connectivity.
While not required, monitors should also have a USB-C hub to add more devices to the PAN (Personal Area Network). Monitors can also include, but not required to have an 3.5mm audio port for plugging in speakers. The monitor should also have integrated speakers.
