A keyboard computer is the kind where the computer is built into the keyboard. This of course makes the keyboard thicker, but these style of computers are likely to be in internet cafés, libraries, and call centers. Like an AiO, this style reduces the foot print of the computer since the PC, and keyboard are in one platform. However, if you don’t like the keyboard, then you have to accept it, or buy a new computer. With that said, they aren’t likely to be popular for home use. All keyboard computers must support a fingerprint reader.

Due to the size of the computer, there will be exemptions from the repairability requirement. This will allow the manufacturer to solder the memory, and storage onto the motherboard. However, the must provide for at least 16GB of memory for their base model, and at minimum 128GB storage. For ports, the are required to have 4 USB, and 1 RJ45-1GBPS. They are also required to have an SDXC card slot that is easily accessible such as the front, or side. Last keyboard computers must have a numeric keypad.
